Felicity Collection is a set of 15 easy to use enhancement Photoshop Actions.  Each action is grouped so you can tweak the action as a whole, mask off specific areas of your image, or open the layers and tweak the layers to your preference.  If you use Elements 11-12 the “PSE11-12 UNGROUP” action is included, which will allow you to ungroup and tweak each layer action.
