My intention is to show you that you don't need to know how to draw to create art; that you can learn to draw simple patterns and free your mind from the judgment of not knowing how to draw in order to experience a state of meditation through drawing, to feel in the present moment.

This class is designed for all people who want to learn to relax using this meditation technique with Zen Art.

The goal is "stop judging yourself" when you draw but also in anything tha you do. aFor you enjoy the benefit of an activity that relaxes you and allows you to meditate. Concentrate on the process not the result.
